must i call you by your name
or shall I just call you
you see - it's all the same

must i tell you the words
said over and over again
must i teach you - life isn't game of chess
and you aren't a pawn
no one's going to play
even if you're going to passively stand there still?

must i touch you?
my touch is just as forgetable as anyone else's touch
my hands are veined and rough
as life is veined and rough

must you shy away from me?
must you be enslaved by the past?
shall I touch you?
or shall I just leave you there
crying and such...
- would you like to be touched?
